Yes! We love community submissions. You can use our dedicated Submit Recipe page in the navigation or select “Recipe Question / Suggestion” in the form to your right. Every published recipe undergoes testing and nutritional review.
All our recipes include allergen call-outs (dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, nightshade-free) and clear substitutions tested by our clinical culinary nutritionist team to keep dishes safe without sacrificing flavor.
